Attribuzione del rating di legalità, ai sensi dell’art. 11 del Regolamento adottato dall’Autorità Garante della Concorrenza e del Mercato con delibera n. 31812 del 27 gennaio 2026
Si comunica che l’Autorità, nella sua adunanza del giorno 13 maggio 2026, ha esaminato la domanda per l’attribuzione del rating di legalità depositata in data 12 febbraio 2026.
In base alle dichiarazioni rese, nonché all’esito delle valutazioni effettuate, l’Autorità ha deliberato di attribuire a GIGABYTE DISTRIBUZIONE S.P.A. (C.F. 02987721202), il rating di legalità con il seguente punteggio: ★++
L’impresa sarà inserita nell’elenco previsto dall’art. 24 del Regolamento. Ai sensi dell’art. 18, comma 1 del Regolamento, il rating di legalità ha durata di tre anni dal rilascio ed è rinnovabile su richiesta.
Si rammenta, infine, che ai sensi dell’art. 21, commi 1 e 4 del Regolamento l’impresa è tenuta a comunicare all’Autorità gli eventi che incidono sul possesso dei requisiti obbligatori e la perdita di requisiti premiali. La violazione di tali obblighi comporta l’applicazione dell’art. 21, commi 2, 3 e 5 del Regolamento.

We hereby inform you that the Authority, at its meeting of 13ᵗʰ may 2026, examined the application for the award of the Legality Rating filed on 12ᵗʰ february 2026.
Based on the statements rendered and the outcome of its assessments, the Authority has decided to award to GIGABYTE DISTRIBUZIONE S.P.A. (Tax Code 02987721202), the Legality Rating with the following score: ★++
The company will be included in the list provided for by Section 24 of the Regulation. Pursuant to Section 18, Subsection 1 of the Regulation, the Legality Rating is valid for three years from the date of issue and may be renewed upon request.
Finally, please note that pursuant to Section 21, Subsection 1 and 4 of the Regulation, the company is required to notify the Authority of any events affecting its compliance with the mandatory requirements and of the loss of additional requirements. Failure to comply with these obligations will result in the application of Section 21, Subsection 2, 3 and 5 of the Regulation.
